Refund policy

Cancellations: You can cancel any order free of charge before pickup or installation. Your card is only authorized at checkout and charged once we confirm your order.

Unmounted tires: Unused, unmounted tires in original condition can be returned within 14 days of pickup for a full refund.

Mounted tires: Mounted, installed, or driven-on tires can't be returned. Defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we'll help you with the claim.

Installation and services: Non-refundable once completed. If there's a problem with our work, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
