Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed with TireDrop, 1750 Keele St, Toronto, ON M6M 3W8.

Pricing: All prices are in Canadian dollars and before 13% HST, which is added at checkout.

Order verification: We may contact you to verify an order before confirming it. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order we're unable to verify.

Pickup and installation: Photo ID matching the name of the cardholder is required at pickup or installation. If someone other than the cardholder is picking up, the cardholder must authorize it in writing (email or text) before pickup.

Work order: Customers sign a work order confirming they received and inspected their tires and/or service.

Stock: If your size is out of stock, we'll offer a same-or-better tire at the same price, or cancel your order at no charge.
